Acrylic will graze (hairline fractures) when it comes into contact with accelerant or ammonia based cleaners such as alcohol, acetone, or hand sanitizer. It's highly recommended to clean with a plastic cleaner like Novus in order to remove static and debris.
If it's a scratch that's not too deep, you can polish the acrylic using Novus 2 and a paper towel at the comfort of your home. If the scratch doesn't come out at that point, we can buff and polish the items here.
